We are strictly an online store operated out of a private residence. Therefore we do NOT offer local pickup. We have no stores in shopping malls or anywhere else.
Fed Ex Ground (2 to 9 Business Days shipping time AFTER processing of order): Fed Ex delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 2 business days regionally, and 2 to 9 business days nationally between major Canadian centres. Includes $100 CAD insurance. Get transit times here
USA: We use Canada Post Expedited US & Fed Ex Ground. Includes $100 CAD insurance. Duties & Brokerage to be paid for by Customer. These rates are calculated by US Customs.
All other Countries: We use Canada Post Surface. If order is needed sooner, please let us know so we can add additional shipping charges for Airmail. Includes $100 CAD insurance. Duties & Brokerage to be paid for by Customer. Please allow sufficient time for packages to arrive. Can take up to 8 weeks of shipping time to some destinations.

Paypal accepts credit cards without signing up for an account. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT! When at check out, select Pay Pal as your form of payment. Proceed as normal, at the end of the paying process, you will be asked if you want to save your information or return to merchant. If you do not wish to sign up for a free Pay Pal account, simply press "return to merchant"!! It is safe and secure!
If you decide to choose E-Check, Your order will NOT be processed until payment clears. Also, if you choose this method, please send an email to bearsnbuddiescanada@cogeco.ca with the items you would like as the order will NOT be sent to the shipping department because of this payment method.
Internet/Interac Money Transfer: Available only to Canadian customers at this time. If you do online banking with BMO, Royal, CIBC, TD or ScotiaBank, you will find the option when you login to your online banking to do an Interac or Internet transfer. Please send the amount owing to bearsnbuddiescanada@cogeco.ca . If asked for a security question, please use your invoice number.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa and Mastercard payments via secure payment processing. All credit card information is protected by the industry leading 4096 bit encryption and SSL. Your order will be reserved and/or shipped once notification of payment is received. Unlike PayPal, at this time, all credit card direct orders will be processed in Canadian dollars.
Returns/Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returned merchandise. We strive to insure that all of our products are top quality. Thus, we elect to accept no returns on our merchandise; if an item is shipped to and received by a customer, and subsequently returned to our warehouse, that item has been handled repeatedly, and may have been damaged or altered. Although we would like to be able to accept returns for the convenience of our customers, we would not be able to insure the quality of our product is as it was when originally shipped from our warehouse. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes, and will work with our customers to insure that all needs are met.
